We all know how hard it is to find a
good sitter. You've probably scoured your neighborhood and asked all of
your friends for referrals. But you still haven't found what you are
looking for.
How would you like to have access to a roster of great sitters available at
your fingertips twenty-four hours a day? Sitters you can contact when you need to
get to a meeting, when you want to go golfing on Sunday morning, or better
yet - a date night with your spouse! Sound too good to be true? Not any
more!
We have over twenty
years of experience in hiring, and have put our
expertise to work for you. We have spent years developing our roster of professional
sitters, and are now making that roster available to parents through
A Sitter
Connection.
These candidates are at least 18 years of age, are high school
graduates and have at least two years childcare experience. In addition, they have
undergone our Extended background screening:

a seven year address trace (using credit
agency and other databases) that verifies where the candidate has lived,
- a criminal
records search in every county in the state of Arizona,
- a criminal records
search in every county where the nanny has resided
during the previous three years,
- a
social security trace to help verify identity and
- a 39-month driving record
check.
- Most also have recent CPR
and First Aid training. And they have all
agreed to meet or exceed our Quality Guarantee,
promising to meet our standards of care.

Membership is good for one year.
You will be set-up
with on-line access to our roster within one business day of your enrollment.
This program is not for 'regular' care - if you need someone every week (even if
the schedule changes weekly) you can choose between
HotJobs! or
CarePremium.
