Use our database of prescreened applicants. Why is
pre-screening so important? The typical on-line nanny resource has the
applicant enter their details in an on-line application. And then you
get access to ALL of those applicants. In this case more is not
better! Our candidates complete their applications on-line BUT we then
conduct a phone review with EACH applicant. We make sure the
application is complete AND we make a determination as to whether or not we
should include them in the database that you see. When we say "Mom
Approved" we mean it! |

We'll
put your listing on our Hot Jobs bulletin board and send out an email broadcast
to all of the applicants in our active database. Applicants are directed
to the family’s posting and PTO office personnel automatically send the profiles
of all interested applicants to the client.
In addition we will call all of the applicants that match the client's job order
that do not have email addresses -- no stone is left unturned in our database!
All applicants expressing an
interest in the family's job posting are sent to the client -- they are not
screened by PTO to make sure they are match with the family.
In
addition to the applicants requesting that their profile be sent to the client,
the client can also go on-line, search our database and make Requests for
Profiles.
PTO will perform the *Standard
Background Screening on one applicant, but does not contact references – that is
the responsibility of the client.
What's Included
Leads, Leads, Leads.
Applicants
that are interested in your position will be forwarded directly to you.
Each applicant has gone through a
phone interview with one of our trained recruiters. Unlike a referral
service, not all applicants are accepted - we choose those applicants
that we feel will truly make a good child care provider.
You may also search our database on-line and request profiles (maximum o f
ten (10) per day).
The System. We've spent years
developing our hiring system and the forms that go with it. We will supply you with
access to forms that you can use for detailing your job description, interviewing, writing the work agreement and over five pages
of our favorite interview questions.
Support! We
are here to help families find quality child care. Call our office or send us your questions
via
e-mail - we'll be happy to assist you in your child care search.
Screening is Important. We
will conduct our *Standard background screen on the
applicant you choose to hire. (You may choose to add additional
searches, contact our office for the current fee schedule and availability).
How it Works

Client fills out enrollment
forms and a HotJobs! listing request.

PTO posts
the clients listing on the Hot Jobs! bulletin board and sends out an email
broadcast to all applicants in the general database with email
addresses (about 85%). All of those applicants in the client's area without
email will be contacted via telephone and told about client's position. |

PTO sends
profiles to client of applicants that have expressed an interest in their
job. Client may also review on-line database and request profiles. |
|
|
Client reviews the detailed profiles and
determines who they'd like to speak to further about their position.
|
|
|
Client does face-to-face interviews of all
applicants that appear to be a good match and are interested in their position.
|
|
|
Client
contacts references on applicants that they are interested in hiring. |
|
|
Once an applicant is selected the client
notifies PTO and then PTO will start the process for the background screen. This process generally takes anywhere from two to ten business
days to complete. It is recommended that the client make a contingent
offer of employment to the candidate at this time so that the candidate does not
continue to interview.

PTO will contact the client with the results
of the background screen and/or send a written report.
|
The Cost of the Program
$375.00

Provides
for unlimited profiles to be sent to
the client from our general database and plan
provisions as outlined above for a time period of NINETY
days. The client also receives
NINETY days of advertising on our HotJobs! bulletin board.
PTO will conduct the Standard background check on one applicant.
The client pays $200.00 with their order and the balance ($175.00) when they
make an offer of employment to an applicant.
*Standard Background Screening includes:
criminal searches in all
Arizona counties; a National sex offender search; a seven-year address
search to help determine any additional locations that an applicant's criminal
history may need to be searched; a social security trace to help verify identity, aliases and
right to work in the US; and a 39 month driving
record from the state the applicant has his/her current license.
Also available: (a) Search for criminal records in additional counties outside of AZ:
$30.00/county (w/the exception of any county in NY, in which case all counties
in the state are searched and the fee is an additional $125.00)
and (b) Driving records from additional states can be obtained for
$35.00/state (where available)
