If you are looking for home-based child care, you can enroll in our Hot Jobs! or CarePremium plans to have access to hundreds of individuals providing care in your home. If you are looking for occasional hourly baby-sitters, join the Sitter Connection and have access to screened sitters and nannies - just a phone call away. The applicants in our database come to us in a variety of different ways. We recruit on college campuses, through internet and stationary bulletin boards and through help-wanted advertising. We also receive applicants through referrals from other nannies and families. Of the applicants that contact us, only 51% are accepted by our Recruiting Department into the database that the parent uses. We've tried hard to make this process as simple as possible, but the bottom line is that you need to be involved in this process to ensure that you have the right care for your family.
