Kids Clubs (conventions and weddings)
If you are planning a convention or wedding in the metropolitan area of
Phoenix, Arizona -- we have the staff and expertise to set-up an on-site Kids
Club for your event. We will provide the childcare staffing of screened
nannies along with games and crafts that are age appropriate. We carry
$2,000,000.00 in General Liability Insurance and will have your organization
listed as an additional insured. In addition our staff will be covered by
Worker's Compensation in the event they are injured during your event. We
will also provide all of the forms for check-in and check-out of the children.
You will need to provide a secure space with rest rooms, tables and chairs,
and any food or snacks. We will gladly work with you on the menu of foods
and snacks that are best for young children attending this type of event.
Fee Structure:

- Agency Fee: $25.00 per childcare provider per shift
- Nanny Wages:
- $15.00 per hour for children over three years of age
- $20.00 per hour for children between two and three years of age
- $25.00 per hour for children under two years of age
- Crafts and Games: will be quoted (minimum of $50.00)
- Staffing Requirements:
Usually the children are grouped by age and we
can be very flexible in how we group them but in general our staffing
requirements are as follows:
- One to two caregivers for every child under two years of age.
- One caregiver for every two children between the ages of two and three
years.
- One caregiver for every three children between the ages of three and
four years.
- One caregiver for every five children over the age of four years.
We will work with you to determine the best staffing for you event once you
have firm numbers of the children that are attending. We will assist you
in determining how to best break them out by age and how to staff each age
range.
