A Sitter Connection: For your
occasional 'babysitting' needs use
our rosters of Preferred Providers. These are professional sitters with great
qualifications who have promised to meet or exceed our
Quality Guarantee. They've gone through our Extended Background
Screening and we
have contacted their child care references personally. Can also be
used for a short-term temporary nanny, sick child care, mom/dad
helper, or any other need that isn't 'regular' care.

Regular: Part or Full-Time |

Hot Jobs!:
Ideal for the client that does not need an
aggressive recruiting campaign. This program is so reasonably priced
that it can be used for everything from a Temporary Nanny, a part-time
mother's helper or a full-time nanny! Use our existing database of
registered applicants to interview and select the perfect caregiver
for your family. PTO will perform the Standard
Background Screening on one applicant, but will not contact references
– that is the responsibility of the client.

CarePremium:
Get all of the care and assistance that you need in
the hiring process! You will be assigned a Placement Counselor that
works for you. This is your contact person and she will get to know
you and everything that you need in a caregiver. This is a great program for a family that needs a more aggressive approach to recruiting
or the busy family with limited time for the caregiver search. This plan is like a traditional placement service, but
since the parent is in control of the interview process, our fees are
much lower
than the comparable programs of our competitors.

Paying Your Care-Giver: |

AAA Domestic Pay: Just
what IS a parent responsible for when it comes to employer taxes and
insurance? You are responsible or paying Social Security, Medicare, Federal
Unemployment and State Unemployment taxes on your caregiver. You must fill
out and file quarterly tax reports, annual tax reports and send a W-2 to
your caregiver at the end of the year. Sound overwhelming? It can be
