1) Sitter Connection

• Log in to Sitter Connection Basic
• Log in to Sitter Connection Expanded
• Get Password for Sitter Connection Log-In
• Request help with a sitting assignment
• Provide Feedback on one of our SC nannies or the SC program
• To find out when your Sitter Connection membership expires
• To Renew your Sitter Connection order and get FREE months of membership

2) HotJobs! or CarePremium placement programs

• To open a new Renewal order
• Complete the HotJobs! Web Ad
• To view potential applicants in the PTO database
• Provide us Feedback on an applicant
• Our list of suggested interview questions.
• Get our form rate the applicant after the interview
• If you'd like a form to use for an employment reference
• If you'd like a form to use for a personal reference
• Once you've made a contingent offer have us start the background check
• Download a basic employment agreement
• Request our more extensive employment agreement
• If it is time to conduct a performance review with your caregiver

3) Payroll

• To contact the Payroll Department with hours for your nanny
• To enroll in our Payroll program
• To request a payroll statement for taxes or dependent care accounts
