Sitter Connection - Quality Guarantee
Each of the applicants in the PTO Sitter Connection program have
agreed to perform to the following quality standards of care.
- Return customer phone calls promptly - within 24 hours
whenever feasible, even if unable to commit to requested assignment.
- Arrive at assignments ten minutes early.
- If, after accepting an assignment, they are no longer able
to keep their commitment, they will notify the parent immediately. If
they are canceling with less than 72 hours notice, they will offer to work
for the parent at another time at a reduced fee.
- Limit personal phone calls to one, unless there is an
emergency.
- Never have personal guests at the parents house without
their permission.
- Never transport the children without the parent's
permission.
- Always leave the home in the same or better condition than
what it was on arrival.
- Never administer medications without the parents
permission.
- Use only redirection, discussion and time-out as
appropriate forms of discipline.
- Make every effort to interact and play with children. Do
not rely on TV or video games as a standard form of entertainment.
