Good morning.  

My husband and I wanted to let you know that Karla did an AMAZING job caring for our two kids, McKenna (3 1/2) and Jaden (2), during our recent visit to Arizona.  We knew Karla was a winner when McKenna, who tends to be more reserved, was excited to hear that Karla would return to sit for them a couple of nights after the first.  When we landed in Chicago, McKenna also wanted to know if we would see Karla again soon.  

Specifically, Karla has a wonderful warmth and calmness about her that immediately made us feel comfortable with leaving the most important parts of our lives with her.  She was on time, attentive to their needs, and very observant.  One night she mentioned that McKenna seemed to have a lot of congestion.  As a result, she turned on the shower to allow steam to penetrate into the bedroom to help her breathe better.  That is above and beyond.  We have never had an out of town sitter care for our kids, so admittedly we were a little anxious about it.  Thanks to Karla, it was an extremely positive experience!

Thanks for the message. Jennifer is very sweet and is doing well with both my five year old boy and baby girl, just turned one this past weekend. She picks Tyler up at school so I have also been able to get his teacher's perspective on how she is with the kids and that has also been positive.  She is working five days for me now so I am glad that you forwarded her application to me even tho at the time I wasn't planning on that many hours. Anyway, long story short.... we like her, the kids like her, she is very responsible and caring. A good fit for my family.

I am so pleased to have found you.  I interviewed a wonderful lady to watch my kids and I look forward to this experience.  I feel comfortable with this and I have never had anyone watch my children. . . We are a military family and it is very tough when you move all the time to build relationships with babysitters you feel comfortable with.  then you get to a new place and have to start all over.  I think a lot of military families would be interested in your service.  just a thought...  thank you again!  S.
